Mission Statement
To improve the quality of life for children, in Haiti and around the world, from Kindergarten to 6th Grade, by building free schools, providing free snacks, lunches, and transportation to and from schools.
Vision
To provide education for children around the world, and support for the handicapped as well as to create family-oriented environments in partnership with residents.
Goal
Our goal is to work in partnership with individuals, groups, organizations, people of faith and conscience in order to provide children in Haiti and around the world with the skills and education they need to become successful leaders.
Executive Summary
Kedner Stiven Foundation, Inc. was established on March 11, 2015 for education purposes. It is a qualified 501(C)(3) charitable organization as defined by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). Kedner Stiven is the founder. To further the mission and purposes of the non-profit organization, the Board of Trustees develops guidelines, policies, management, investment, research. The Board also sets up operating procedures for effective governance; i.e., to ensure that the Foundation adhere to the rules and regulations as applicable to operating Foundations.
