MISSION STATEMENT
  1. Mission – To improve the quality of life by building free schools, providing free snacks, lunches, providing transportation to and from schools for children in Haiti and around the world, from Kindergarten to 6th Grade.

GOALS
  1. Our goal is to work in partnership with individuals, group, organizations, people of faith, and conscience in order to provide children in Haiti and around the world with free skills and education they need to successfully become the leaders they have the right to become.

KEDNER STIVEN FOUNDATION, INC.

Kedner Stiven Foundation, Inc. was established in March 11, 2015, as a qualified charitable 501 (C) (3) organization. The mission of Kedner Stiven Foundation, Inc. (KSF) is to improve the quality of life by building free schools, providing free meals, lunches, snacks, providing transportation to and from the schools for the children in Haiti and around the world, from Kinder garden to 6th Grades to begin with. To create family oriented environments in partnership with residents. Our vision is to provide free education for all children in Haiti and worldwide, and support for the handicapped.

Kedner Stiven Foundation was founded primarily by its founder, Kedner Stiven, and it is classified as a non-for-profit foundation and plans to be exclusively a charitable foundation as defined in the IRS 501 (c) (3) code. The board of Trustees will further the mission and purposes of the foundation by developing guidelines, policies, and procedures for effective governance, management, investment, research, and also will develop operating procedures to assure that the foundation adheres to the rules and regulations as applicable to operating foundations; such foundation was created entirely for education purposes.
